Women's circuit

Small groups of four participants with motivating music to help keep everyone energized. 2x's/wk

Chuck will guide you through the workout insuring that posture is correct, and will progress or regress your workout as needed to reduce the chance of injury and allow the body to adapt to higher levels of exercise. No experience is necessary.

kickboxing

Maximum class size is 4 students

 

You will train as professional boxers train using medicine balls, plyometrics, dynamic stretching, speed bag, double-end bag, heavy bag & punch mitt training with wrapped hands for protection and gloves on. It's a fun and challenging workout that seems to go by very quickly as you condition your entire body. For athletes in all sports, this is one of the best off-season training routines there is for youth and adults.

  • This is not a one-time self-defense seminar, but ongoing training that will have the effect of real skill development - physically and mentally, preparing you for real-life situations. 
  • Learn survival signals to recognize predatory behavior.
  • Learn and repeat effective physical self-defense techniques.

What is circuit training? Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using medium to high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building, muscular endurance, increasing fitness levels and weight loss. A range of different exercises targeting different muscle groups is what makes circuit training so effective and enjoyable.
